Meet Our New Director
The Museum of Biblical History is pleased to announce the appointment of Craig Gyergyo as the new Executive Director, effective immediately.
Gyergyo will oversee the extensive historical collections, which trace the development of the Bible from its earliest days and include exceptional examples of Old and New Testament artifacts. He will provide strategic leadership and oversight of the Museum’s staff and volunteer network. Read More

A Tour of the Universe - Genesis 1:1
Dr. Ted J. Pepin is a prominent astrophysicist associated with research on Mercury, Gemini and Apollo programs. Dr. Pepin will speak Thursday evenings: March 23rd, 30th, and April 6th at 7 pm in the museum.

The Dead Sea Scrolls Nov 3-4, 2016
The Museum of Biblical History is pleased to announce that Dr. Peter Flint will speak in Collierville November 3rd and 4th. Dr. Flint is Professor of Religious Studies and holds the Canada Research Chair in Dead Sea Scrolls Studies at Trinity Western University in Canada. Dr. Flint is also Director of the Dead Sea Scrolls Institute and author of numerous studies on the scrolls.
He is a world -renowned lecturer and expert on the Dead Sea Scrolls and will speak November 3, 2016 - Thursday evening - at 7:00 pm and again Friday morning November 4, at 10:00 am. The lectures will be held in the Sanctuary on the Square, United Methodist Church Collierville – with reception and refreshments at the museum.

Traveling Exhibit At Collierville Library
Press Release - Museum of Biblical History - July 27, 2016
The Traveling Exhibit from the Museum of Biblical History moves to Collierville’s Lucius E. and Elsie C. Burch, Jr. Library. The “Archaeology Uncovers the World of the Bible” exhibit was recently installed and includes Biblical artifacts, coins and parchments. Library Director, Deanna Britton, is pictured with Museum Director, Don Bassett.
